I. In-Depth Dialogue: Jointly Exploring New Pathways for Comprehensive School–Enterprise Cooperation and Talent Development

During the exchange, representatives from both the university and the enterprise engaged in in-depth discussions on key issues such as industry–university–research collaboration models, the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, talent‑development standards, and student internships and practical training, reaching several agreements on cooperation.
Vice President Nie Shaoping pointed out that Nanchang University, a key institution under the national “Double First-Class” and “211 Project” initiatives, boasts strong disciplinary strengths in its School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. The school has a comprehensive talent-development system and a distinguished faculty, with a robust pool of expertise in areas such as new energy materials—fields that align closely with the company’s needs. To date, numerous Nanchang University graduates have assumed critical technical and managerial roles within the company, serving as a vital driving force behind its growth.

At the symposium, our company’s Nanchang University alumni currently employed at the firm successively reported to the university’s leadership on their professional achievements and personal lives. They also extended a warm welcome to the university’s administrators and faculty members, expressing their heartfelt gratitude for the institution’s meticulous guidance and thoughtful care.
II. Signing and Award Ceremony: Anchoring a New Starting Point for Cooperation

With the formal signing of the “Cooperation Agreement on the Establishment of a Graduate Employment Base,” the plaque for the “Nanchang University Graduate Employment Base” has been officially handed over, marking a transition in the collaboration from the initial stage of matching talent supply with demand to a deeper phase of joint education and complementary resource sharing. This lays a solid foundation for sustained talent recruitment and the coordinated development of industry–university–research partnerships going forward.
III. On-Site Visits: Witnessing the Hard Power of Development

Accompanied by company executives, the delegation from Nanchang University visited the company’s exhibition hall and dispatch center. Through on-site tours, they gained a clear, firsthand understanding of our company’s achievements in technological R&D, green manufacturing, and intelligent production management, while deeply appreciating our technical prowess and growth potential.

At the conclusion of the event, representatives from Nanchang University—faculty and students—as well as graduate representatives, posed for a group photo, capturing a cherished memento of this university–enterprise collaboration.
IV. The Future Has Arrived: Embarking Together on a New Journey for the Industry
The establishment of this employment base represents a deep alignment between our company’s “Talent-Driven Enterprise” strategy and Nanchang University’s educational philosophy of “Serving Society.” Moving forward, the two parties will leverage this employment base as a platform to further deepen collaboration in areas such as joint curriculum development, internship and practical training, and the commercialization of research outcomes, thereby helping high-caliber talent take root and thrive in the chemical industry and jointly usher in a new chapter of high-quality, green chemical‑industry development.
