SF-2680 Series
Silver paste specially formulated for edge‑brazing of multilayer aluminum capacitors, with a viscosity of 8,000–15,000 mPa·s, a solids content of ≥65%, and a curing condition of 150°C for 60 minutes. It exhibits a specific resistivity of ≤3×10⁻⁵ Ω·cm, resulting in low ESR values and excellent weather resistance in capacitor applications.
