1. Develop annual quality objectives and plans; in alignment with the company’s strategic direction, assist the organization in formulating the company’s annual quality goals and plans, and oversee their implementation.

6. For new projects or new products, provide training and technical briefings to workshop technical personnel on raw material physicochemical properties, reaction mechanisms, and process flows, and assist the workshop’s technical team in process design and equipment selection; also, offer standardized quality‑related technical guidance to all workshops.

7. In accordance with the supervisor’s instructions, organize, collate, and summarize existing research findings and technical documentation for the assigned products; prepare and compile materials for new technologies (or products) that meet the requirements for patent application.

1. OEE Improvement and New Process Implementation:

Ensure the stable and efficient operation of the company’s production and R&D equipment throughout their entire lifecycle, enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) through technological improvements, and support the implementation of new processes on existing equipment.

2. Equipment Operation and Maintenance Support:

2.1 Responsible for the daily inspections, preventive maintenance, scheduled servicing, and troubleshooting of production equipment (such as reactors, dispersers, filling lines, and three-roll mills) and precision instruments in the R&D laboratory (such as GC‑MS, FTIR, and rheometers).

2.2 Respond promptly to and resolve unexpected equipment failures, analyze root causes, and propose and implement permanent corrective measures.

3. Projects and Improvements:

4. Security and System:

4.1 Ensure that all equipment operations comply with EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) regulations, particularly with respect to chemical safety requirements such as explosion-proof and leak-prevention standards.

4.2 Assist in establishing and refining the equipment management system to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
