Betely (stock code: 301697) was founded in 2001 and has been deeply engaged in the new materials sector for more than two decades, with its headquarters located in Suzhou. The company operates numerous subsidiaries, including Dongguan City Betterly New Materials Co., Ltd.,Jiangxi Betely New Materials Co., Ltd., Wuxi Jinrise Materials Co.,Ltd., Dongguan Guanyu Trading Co., Ltd., and Jiujiang Betely New Materials Co., Ltd., forming an industrial footprint that spans the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta.
The company is a new‑materials enterprise driven by customer needs and innovation, with core business spanning the R&D, production, and sales of electronic materials and advanced chemical materials. Its product portfolio covers three major segments—conductive materials, silicone materials, and coating materials—and is widely used in photovoltaics, 3C electronics, deep‑processing of silicones, electronic packaging, healthcare, and new‑energy vehicles, among other fields.
Over more than two decades of development, the company has consistently focused on niche markets characterized by significant domestic substitution potential and nascent industrialization in China, launching a range of electronic materials and advanced chemical new materials. By achieving domestic substitution for critical materials and driving continuous technological innovation, the company has contributed to the growth of China’s new‑type productive forces.
The company is recognized as a national-level high-tech enterprise, a provincial-level specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SME, a provincial-level enterprise technology center, and a provincial-level engineering technology research center. Its subsidiary, Dongguan Beteli, has been awarded the titles of national-level high-tech enterprise and national-level “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in niche fields. Meanwhile, Jiangxi Beteli has been designated a national-level green factory, a provincial-level specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SME, a provincial-level enterprise technology center, and a provincial-level demonstration enterprise for the integration of informatization and industrialization.

Development History

For more than two decades, we have remained steadfast in our commitment, focusing on technological innovation to drive industry development.

2001

Betely was founded in Guangzhou, starting with silicone‑based feel oils, and was the first to break the technological monopoly and market barriers imposed by foreign brands in this field.

2003

Dongguan Betely was officially established, systematically developing and manufacturing silicone materials and coating materials, and has initially built a materials portfolio tailored for the consumer electronics sector.

2008

Suzhou Betely Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. was established, marking the company’s official entry into a phase of large-scale, industrialized development.
In the same year, Wuxi Jingrui Optoelectronic New Materials Co., Ltd. was founded, initiating the establishment of a research and development system for conductive materials.

2010

The company has entered the conductive materials sector, launching conductive pastes for laptop keyboards and silver pastes for touchscreens, thereby achieving domestic substitution of critical electronic materials.

2015

The company was officially renamed Suzhou Betely Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. and, in the same year, listed on the New Third Board, leveraging the capital market platform to enhance corporate governance and compliance.

2017

Jiangxi Betely New Materials Co., Ltd. was established, initiating specialized R&D on photovoltaic silver paste and subsequently entering the photovoltaic conductive materials sector, thereby establishing an integrated “powder–slurry” industrial chain.

2018

Suzhou Betely has completed an increase in its registered capital, further optimizing its capital structure, expanding production capacity, and accelerating R&D and market development.

2020

Suzhou Betely has once again brought in a diversified group of investors, further strengthening its capital base and securing long-term support for R&D investment, talent recruitment, and capacity expansion.

2022

Photovoltaic silver paste has achieved large-scale sales, driving explosive growth in the company’s performance. The “integrated powder–slurry” strategy has yielded significant results, further enhancing Betely influence in the photovoltaic conductive materials sector.

2024

HJT silver‑coated copper paste has achieved industrial-scale, mass‑production supply, making Betely one of the first domestic companies to commercialize this product and further solidifying its technological leadership.

2025

Several of the company’s core products have been recognized as “Three Firsts and Two New” products by Jiangsu Province, and its technological innovation capabilities and industrial demonstration effects have received high acclaim from both the provincial government and industry authorities.

2026

Successfully listed on the ChiNext Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company has officially become an A-share listed company, with stock code 301697, marking the start of a new chapter in the capital markets.
