SF-3210

Solderable conductive silver paste, with sheet resistance ≤30 mΩ/□, hardness ≥2H, adhesion rating 5B, and low‑temperature curing at ≥80°C. It is suitable for conductive, solderable applications on both heat‑sensitive and non‑heat‑sensitive substrates, with recommended soldering temperatures of 250–260°C using low‑temperature solder.

SF-8600

Screen-printed high-conductivity silver paste with a sheet resistance of ≤10 mΩ/□, which cures at a low temperature (≥80°C). It exhibits excellent reliability under salt-spray and boiling‑water tests, making it suitable for 5G antennas and conductive wiring on multiple substrates.
