SF-2500 Series

High-viscosity silver paste for dip‑coating, with a viscosity of 10,000–25,000 mPa·s, solid content ≥80%, and resistivity ≤3×10⁻⁵ Ω·cm. Curing process: surface drying at 60°C for 30 min, followed by full curing at 160°C for 60 min; suitable for the cathode lead‑out layer of polymer tantalum capacitors.

SF-2600 Series

Low-viscosity silver paste for impregnation: 2,500–5,000 mPa·s; resistivity as low as ≤1.5×10⁻⁵ Ω·cm. Curing process: surface drying at 60°C for 30 minutes, followed by full curing at 160°C for 60 minutes. Suitable for the cathode lead-out layer of tantalum capacitors and multilayer tantalum capacitors.
