SF-3510

SF-3510 is a conductive copper paste that can be sintered directly in an air atmosphere. It does not oxidize during sintering in high‑temperature air and can serve as a replacement for high‑temperature sintering silver pastes. This copper paste exhibits excellent adhesion to substrates such as alumina, zirconia, perovskite ceramics, and silicon wafers, meeting functional requirements for electrical conductivity, signal transmission, and electromagnetic shielding.
