LTCC and ferrite end paste

Post-sintering terminal electrode paste, which meets the requirements of dip-coating or screen-printing processes, is suitable for fabricating external electrodes on LTCC, ferrite, and other monolithic capacitors and inductors. SF-3570B can be used on MLCC terminations.

LTCC terminal electrode silver paste, with a solid content of 73±2%, resistivity ≤2 μΩ·cm, sintered at 650–700°C; suitable for dip coating or screen printing, and applicable to the fabrication of external electrodes for LTCC components as well as ferrite chip capacitors and inductors.
